As others have noted, the Tarrasque entry is missing. ALSO, there are 3 entries missing from the Celtic & Welsh section. Vine, Ivy, and Reed are all not there. Any chance this was a mistake and you have them somewhere?

This is an absolutely lovely document save for one glaring error: no entry for the Tarrasque. Any chance that was just an oversight?

This really looks fantastic, and I hope the authors are willing to respond to this question. How would you use a player's natal chart to create an RPG character? Would you look at the midheaven or sun or 6th house to choose the player's class? Where would you look to determine the race? I had considered the South Node, but that stays the same for 18 months, so that doesn't scale very well (my entire graduating class would have been the same rpg race if I made characters for them this way). You can get free natal charts at so many websites, there's no difficulty in getting a natal chart for a player and I think it could be a lot of fun and good roleplaying exercise to try to create a character this way. I've seen the Sun-Class, Moon-Race, Rising-Background, but that seems a bit simplistic. Or do you think it's actually a good way to do it? I really look forward to your response. I've been trying to work out a system for this for a while now and you seem like the perfect authors to answer this question. Thank you...See more

I love this question! I like the idea of using Mercury for class, since it rules communication and learning; then Chiron for background. Midheaven could replace either for class or background though, really! Race is probably the hardest, and rising could probably work. I like the idea of using the black moon Lilith sign instead though because it's supposed to be the "rawest expression" of ones behavior. I think using houses would be too much for a lot of people, because you could get really intricate with it.

Oh, those are some cool ideas. I will have to try that and see what I get.
I had even wondered about building PCs based on Midheaven Persona, so that you're playing who you want to become. Thanks for the great ideas and I'll definitely check back in case you have more!

FYI, I'm working on a character with Midheaven in Virgo, Sun in Aquarius, and House 6 in Taurus. I'm thinking Assassin could be an interesting fit.
Since the 2nd House ruler is in the 9th House, she should receive her income primarily from higher education, travel, religion, philosophy, publishing,
law... Did you ever see the comic book series Magdalena? Maybe a Church-sponsored assassin.

Hello! is there a Astrology Divination table or any such thing, or perhaps a way for a GM to allow for players trained in Astrology to check the constellations for possible future predictions?

Is there a system for using this during character creation to find what sign the character was born under and the affects that has on them in game mechanics?

All of the tables for the signs show you what month or months the sign is born under, and each zodiac has different ways you can implement the signs mechanically! There are also additional rules for using multiple signs, instead of just using the sun sign.

Fantastic! I was actually kind of looking at a system that was both sun & moon signs! Sold.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
