HOLD THE LINE!

When word reaches Breland that the Lord of Blades is plotting an attack, the outpost of Salvation becomes the first line of defense. In preparation for war, the Brelish army enlists the adventurers to secure the outpost, serving under the vainglorious General Karol Tyresh; a buffoon known to his troops as “Lord Bucket.” A Four-Hour Adventure for Tier 2 Characters. Optimized for APL 9, this is the second in a trilogy of adventures, the Dogs of War storyline.

Welcome to the Oracle of War campaign, a new 20-part standalone story for the D&D Adventurers League! You can play this adventure as part of your own Eberron: Rising from the Last War campaign, or as part of the Oracle of War organized play campaign. While this campaign runs under the umbrella of the Adventurers League, it utilizes different rules. You can familiarize yourself with these unique campaign rules by checking out the Oracle of War Player's Guide and Oracle of War DM's Guide, found in the D&D Adventurers League Players Pack.

In the waves in part 3, are you adding raiders to what is listed for each wave or just assuming that a lot of raiders are also there and are not engaging the PCs?

Under Dungeon Master Rewards it says "You may complete DM Quests for running this adventure. See the ALDMG (Adventurers League Dungeon Master’s Guide) for more information about DM Quests." Which specific document is the ALDMG? What's a DM Quest?

Now I've read it...
Half a dozen of the players in the 30-or-so person group I'm running OoW for are playing former Karrnathi Warforged. They worked on their backstory together, coming up with an idea of a special recon and infiltration unit Karrnath utilized on Brelish and Cyran fronts, and adapting Kalli as their staff coordination officer.
Their encounter with Bastian will ring a bell. A lot of bells. I don't even know what to expect - a long and winded conversation trying to persuade each other on mistakes of their respective ways, or a blood-boilingly violent confrontation.
Also, there's a Karrnathi Warforged Fighter PC named Bastion among my players; he's been playing since EB-01 back in December last year. Like, I don't even...

Are you guys entirely sure the third header in the newspaper for this one should read 'Emerald Enclave ...' and not 'Emerald Claw ...' ?

The wing and a prayer legacy event referenced on page 13 mentions a steel defender warforged veteran instead of a blade sergeant and iron defender.

Minor thing, but the Adventurers Record is cut off for "Not This Time, Death", leaving us with a hanging "from...".

They also completely left off the "Your Face Is Known" legacy event you potentially get for failing the chase scene in part 1.

Update: It seems like the printer friendly version seems to have most of the things noted.

Flux is listed as a champion on page 6, but the primer lists them as an archer. Additionally, stats are missing for the warforged champion in the appendix.

Also, are all four tasks in part 2 assumed to be done without a long rest? Considering it is split across two days, I would think there would be enough time to spare.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
