Encounters in the Mournland (Fantasy Grounds)

In a single day, the nation of Cyre was covered in mists and everyone–and everything–living in it perished. Even the plant life withered and died. Years later, little has changed. Mists still cover the entire land and natural creatures no longer thrive: healing is slowed, plants are stunted, and dead bodies can't even be bothered to rot.

But, despite this desloation, the Mournland is far from empty. Animals which somehow survived make their homes here, warped and mutated beyond recognition. Undead, their masters lost of forgotten, wander the land impervious to the effects of the mists.

And of course, all the wealth of Cyre lost lies untouched, waiting for someone brave enough to come and take it...

Encounters in the Mournland is a collection of 40 scenes set in Eberron's Mournland. Each is suitable for either a short encounter, a hook idea for a longer adventure, or simply just useful unsettling atmosphere-setting pieces. The encounters are balanced for a party of 5 characters between 1st and 4th level.
