Short Solo Adventure Bundle 1 [BUNDLE]

This special bundle product contains the following titles.

D&D Solo Adventure: Labyrinth of Lies
Regular price: $3.99
Bundle price:
5e Solo Gamebooks presents Adventurer's Wanted: Labyrinth of Lies. This 42-page pdf is a short, deadly solo (DM-less) quest for a single Level 5 PC, or two Level 3 PCs. The emphasis here is replayability. There are several routes through this quest, and if you survive this dungeon on the first attempt, it will be nothing short of miraculous.  The mayor of Ilinvur hires you to explore the caverns beneath the town. Svirfneblin have been seen about Ilinvur, terrorising the locals and making proclamations of apocalypse. Mayor Charrus begs you to venture to the subterranean Svirfneblin village and discover the source of these troubles. Unlike our longer solo adventures such as The Tortured Land, this solo quest should take you about 2 hours to complete, longer if you factor in character c...

D&D Solo Adventure: Tables Of Doom - 5E Solo Adventuring
Regular price: $7.99
Bundle price:
5e Solo Gamebooks presents Tables Of Doom, a new kind of solo adventuring system, containing 2 exciting solo quests! Unlike our previously published gamebooks (Death Knight’s Squire and Tyrant of Zhentil Keep), this system relies on dice rolls and tables (hence the name) to randomly generate monsters, traps, clues, encounters, secret doors, loot… all the good stuff. The final BBEG encounters (and some of the other encounters) are managed through gamebook style entries, but everything else (rooms, monsters, traps, secret doors, loot etc etc) is randomly generated, meaning that even if you play the same quest multiple times, every attempt will result in a different quest. Tables Of Doom is the first in a planned series of adventures using this system.   Tables Of Doom contains two s...

D&D Solo Adventure: The Dread Vault of Tgozur
Regular price: $3.99
Bundle price:
5e Solo Gamebooks presents The Dread Vault of Tgozur, the first in a series of planned shorter solo adventures, for players who want to squeeze a bit of gaming in whenever the opportunity arises. The Adventurers Wanted! series has been created with the intention of providing rapid fire, and often high-level quests for solo players. Expect more of these to appear alongside our longer quests such as Citadel of the Raven and The Tortured Land. This solo is a level 10 adventure and should give you about 2-3 hours of challenging playtime. However, as the quest is shorter, the peril is necessarily quite a bit higher, and so the player should be prepared for some lethal encounters. In all likelihood, it will take a couple of play-throughs to defeat, so don't expect...

Eberron Solo Adventure: The Saviour of Sharn
Regular price: $8.95
Bundle price:
Want to discover the incredible world of Eberron? You won't even need a DM... 5e Solo Gamebooks introduces The Saviour of Sharn, a level 4 solo adventure for 5e. This adventure is written in gamebook style (think Fighting Fantasy / Lone Wolf) but with 5e mechanics. Narrative entries guide you through the adventure and remove the need for a Dungeon Master. Custom combat sheets run monster tactics during combat, and battle maps for all possible encounters are included in a zip file. This is the pdf version. For the Fantasy Grounds version, click here. The numeric entries are also hyperlinked, so all you need to do is click and the pdf will automatically navigate you to the next entry, removing the need to scroll or enter a page number.  The story begins with you, the PC, deep in study ...

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
