The Wild Sheep Chase - Alternative Map for VTT

I wanted to make a map in the style of dungeondraft for the oneshot: The Wild Sheep Chase. This download comes with both the Foundry VTT version and the normal map. The Foundry VTT version is intended to be used with the Dungeondraft import module to automatically set walls, doors, lighting and scale.

Thanks for this map! Such a time-saver, especially imported into Foundry.

Suggestion: Generate a variant without gridlines. As Foundry has its own grid, and the grid size is figured in the .dd2vtt file, the Dungeondraft gridlines are unnecessary. (This would be true for any VTT with a grid overlay.) I know baked-in gridlines are classic for physical battle maps, but I feel they're superfluous for VTT. I'm willing to pay for older maps redone without gridlines, so long as the dimensions are calibrated to the grid.

Hi, a little feedback from a fellow GM...

1 - it's gorgeous and I love it!
2 - very small detail : the first tower doesn't really like a tree, I know it's the same in the original map but it's not how it's described in the adventure itself.
3 - the adventurers enter the map from the south, near the little cabin where the bear is, and then the fight start in general between this cabin and the first platform. Problem with your map is there's not a lot of room for players to move from this point. If the map was just 5 or 6 squares bigger to the south to include a bit of lawn and forest, it would enhance it tremendously. I think the map in the original adventure was designed with traditional tabletop in mind, not VTT. For VTT more room is needed.

Anyway, it's still a very nice map, thank you so much for sharing it with everybody!

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
