I wanted to take content created by all of the wonderful authors that I have followed since I began playing 5e and madly downloading everything I could from this site and use THEIR creations to forge an adventure.  With this product, I present to you a module that is made with love and care for other's homebrew creations (set in Waterdeep in the Forgotten Realms)!

Travel the mean streets of Waterdeep and tackle the likes of evil mercenaries and smuggling rings. Engage in combat or subterfuge and explore the depths of a secret hideout. Face down creatures you have never seen or tackled before and prove that you have what it takes to be heroes of the Forgotten Realms.

This adventure is designed for four level 5 characters and should provide approximately 6 hours of entertainment.

The following titles were used in this module:

1. Villains and Lairs by Collaboration, Marisa's Blades created by Tony Petrecca
2. Emirikol's Guide to Devils by Sean McGovern
3. Adaptable NPCs by Trevor Armstrong, Jeffrey Fischer, Max Hickson
4. Nerzugal's Dungeon Master's Toolkit by Steven Williams
5. Waterdeep: City Encounters by Alan Patrick, Cindy Moore, Greg Marks, James Introcaso, M.T. Black, Robert Adducci, Shawn
Merwin, Travis Woodall, Will Doyle
6. Monster Manual Expanded by Dragonix
7. Trinkets of Avernus by David Stephens
8. The Mottled Donkey by Jan Willem van den Brink (I originally used The Trencherman Tavern when I played this module through
and felt that I should point people that way for a well-made tavern and another excellent adventure!)
9. Volo's Waterdeep Enchiridion by Wizards of the Coast
10. Puzzles, Predicaments, and Perplexities by Steve "Jaspor" Orr, Bill Putrino

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
