It seems like based on the Previews everything from the individual sections of the bundle have been rolled into the core package? Is that correct, or do they also add additional material?

Howdy! Thanks for taking a look. :)

The variant spell point mechanics presented in all these books are unique in the 5e game space, but are consistent. The basic scaffolding of spell points, for instance, are the same between Core Mechanics, Knights and Tricksters, and Spell Point Warlocks, but each book dives into far more detail about each separate subject.

For example:
- Core Mechanics provides detailed rules on manipulating mana and concentration mechanics in general, and a broad overview of how each spellcasting class can use color mana, as well as magic items and other ideas.
- Knights and Tricksters provides the same basic mana mechanics from the Core Mechanics book but provides more specifc spell point options as well alternate class features and examples of building NPCs using the color magic paradigm
- Spell Point Warlocks provides a spell point solution for both color magic as well as the scaffold to use warlocks with the spell points option provided in...See more

Hey team! the zip file has been updated with the spells from Fizban's Treasury of Dragons and Strixhaven! Also-- an overall product redesign in formatting and spell selection variant rules is in on the workbench for 2022! Here's a video where the new spells are being added to the list while discussing the future changes to how spell / color devotion will work moving forward:

Got some great feedback from MtG enthusiasts regarding spell colors (and the FR card set has been fun food for thought as well) ... revised spell lists are in the works!

hey! I had eldritch knight text under arcane trickster info in the 3/08 update... fixed that, and also revised the language for 3rd casters using the more flexible short rest mana devotion mechanics.
I also added artificer to the mana progression table in the first chapter.

Thank you! There's a ton of design space in color mana. As my understanding of the color wheel and game design evolves, I see how the work can improve. The upcoming revisions are still in process, and i'm looking forward to releasing the updates!

hey team!
today I added on p31 and p45 variant rules, "shared spell limit" which would reduce your max spell limit to cast instant and persistent spell by the amount of mana you already have tapped. If you can cast up to 8th level spells, and you're maintaining concentration on 3 spells for a combined total of 5 levels, you're limited to casting instant and persistent spells up to 3rd level until you release concentration.
this is a great way to further punish high magic but still allow the concept of multi-spell concentration.

Hey all! the download zip file with playmat, tokens and editable spell list has been updated with a new list including artificer, XGtE, and now TCoE. SCAG has been removed because TCoE duplicates those spells.

Also! Spell Point Warlocks is now up! It provides easy-to-implement rules for 5 color mana and the book also provides a DMG p288 spell point progression that is spot-on with PHB spell slot progression

If you don't have the bundle already, get it!

Hey! I've updated the zip file to include all the spells from XGTE, SCAG, and GGtR.
I've also updated the new expanded spell list to include the artificer spell list

Work continues on both the artficer and the warlock mana spell points... those will be rolling out in the next few months... Warlock's Pact Magic mechanics took us in a WHOLE new direction that is incredibly fun!
If you bought the Universal Spell Points and High Magic, you can use the Artificer progression there for now.

I"m looking forward to wrapping these last two classes up so the full spellcasting class selection is properly represented with 5 color mana spell point variant rules!
Further down the pipe I've got Martial Mana on the workbench to provide 5 color mana for every class! It'll be a while, so any support you offer helps expedite the project!

Thanks so much for being interested!

The preview is intentionally all 75 pages... There's a lot of new concepts here, so you should know what you're getting before you buy!
The quick preview is glitching but may eventually resolve.
Buying provides mana tokens, a playmat to tap, untap, and burn mana without bookkeeping, and there's editable spreadsheet with spell lists for each casting class so you can rearrange how spells are devoted if you want to make changes for your campaign!

This looks really interesting with loads of great ideas and well executed ideas at that. Are there plans to have a Fantasy Grounds version of this?

Thanks for the compliment!

I've been talking with some teams about it... they're having a challenge with devoting spells to colors as a reference list, and they're having issues with converting spell slots to spell points... IF i can find someone that can do it, I'll be happy to port it there.
Also looking into custom character sheet design for roll20.. and I'm open to suggestions.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
