Not everyone is cut out to be an artist. As a Bard of the College of Dropouts, your distinct lack of talent is exactly what you try to leverage on the battlefield. Gaining bonus spells indicitave of the College you failed to graduate from, and skills centered around distracting, taunting, and demoralizing enemies with your poor performance, the College of Dropouts is perfectly suited for a goofy campaign, or a serious campaign that is in dire need of some comic relief!
