Oooo, this looks interesting! Would love to try module made to reminisce classic D&D which was before my time! It says it's 2-4 sessions long but in the PDF it states it can be ran as a one-shot. So how long is it, exactly? Roughly 4 hours?

Hello, what do you mean by "revealing the stairs behind leading to A9"? It doesn't seems to have A9 in the map.

I think it's a typo, referring to C9. Although it doesn't show an entrance door into C9, I assumed that's where it leads to, and that's how I ran it.

Hello
I haven't ran the module yet but was wondering how you are meant to run the iron giant room
if they fail they have to beat 4 cr7 monsters?
By than they are about lvl 6 and there is no way a lvl 6 party could beat a cr19 encounter.
As I said, I haven't ran it yet but was wondering about that

Hi there. Great module - brings me back to the 'good old days' of AD&D :)
Anyway, I am wondering abiout the mechanics of the Iron Drum room. It says "If the drums are played in the wrong order, the statues animate and attack the party. The statues can be attack and killed, or they can be manipulated to attempt solve the puzzle again." Do they all attack at once, or only one at a time (i.e. - if the first one is wrong, does only the first one attack?) - and in that case, what happens to the puzzle? I mean, if the party destroys one giant, is the puzzle then unsolvable?
Anyway, it'll be a couple sessions until my party gets to that room, but I've been wondering about it since I read it...

You might want to 'check' the bottom line on the front cover as I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be 'chek'.

Shoot your editor or proofreader :)

Sorry about that! Unfortunately I don’t have an editor I work on everything by myself! Usually major issues like this don’t get through. I appreciate the help. Revised copy should be up by 4:00pm EST

Of course! I set the preview, I would imagine it's just taking some time to generate. Should be 3-4 pages!

Looks great, love the artwork. Reminds me of when I first started playing back in the late 70's.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
