WARFORGED!: The Xorforged - A Bestiary and Racial Guide

ADD TO WISHLIST >

The xorforged are lost relics of a bygone war between the giants and drow of Xen’Drik and Quori of Dal Quor, a war that raged in the physical and planar worlds. Records recovered from lost Xor vaults deep within the bowels of Xen’Drik – close to the Dragon Below – and stored in the Halls of Ion by the Arbiters are all that remain of these creatures.

Rumored to have been mutant hybrids of daelkyr, Quori parasites, drow and giant magic, the xorforged are believed to have either been entirely eradicated or locked within colossal tombs, hidden from all. Yet, Arbiter expeditions have gone searching for these tombs, but none have returned…

Within this book you will find lore on several of the xorforged saved from the great wars between the drow, giants, and Quori - along with stat blocks for all and racial options to be used by players. This book is the first in a sub-series in the WARFORGED! line that is inspired by one of the best lines of buildable heroes kids could have grown up with, heroes who believed in unity, duty, and destiny.

We give you Xorforged: Notes on the Primogenitors of the Khorvaire Warforged.

[This subrace is compatible with either Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron or Eberron: Rising From The Last War.

Okay first to say, this is AMAZING as well as the other Bionicle Warforge stuff. I haven't watch Bionicle in so long and that gives me a question or do.

What Bionicle item if any was the bases for the Shati and the Jashelat? Either my mind isn't what it used to be or I've missed a bit.

Also on that same note, are these correct?
Hedjet originally Bohrok
Shtahka originally Piraka
Lata originally Rahkshi

Thanks again for the great stuff.

Hey there Chris! Thanks for the comment!

So the Shati and Jashelat are the masks, both common and Grreat masks. And you hit the mark on all three sir! Good eye! We are planning a fun revamp of all our Bionicle themed content with all new art and layout so it is going to look fantastic.

Stay tuned! Glad you are enjoying it!

Wait a second, parasites inhabiting suits of armor? Biomechenical components? Those lizard looks, that big chin, those crablike creatures with faces in them. THESE ARE BIONICLE CREATURES. That's a Rahkshi that's a Bohrok and that's a Piraka

Yeah I somehow missed all the spots where it actually said that and figured it out from the lore flavor text and visuals.

Awesome! Although the Jashelat stat block is cut off around it's actions. Good stuff though.

Eberron's Quori are from the plane of Dal Quor, not Xoriat.

Hello! Apologies for the mishap - I was only the editor on this one and I did not catch that. I will make sure we remedy the mistake soon. I think what we intended it to say was that the Quori pulled the Xorforged parasite from Xoriat and used them, so I will make sure we can make that more clear.

It's definitely an interesting take and the xorforged seem to have the forbidden technology of ages past allure!

I give all the credit to Griffin for putting them together, Steve for the cover and Eden for the art. I just did the editing and layout. Love that you are enjoying it!

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
