Like how the demonic energy that fills the Demon Wastes will occasionally result in a horned, tailed, and scarlet-skinned baby, alien energy in areas coterminal with Xoriat, or due to the prayers and ceremonies of Cultists of the Dragon Below, human childen may rarely be born with eldritch features.
