That could be used for the number of charges that a magic item contains. Or, any other number that you need to keep track of, that does not already have a dedicated space.

We didn't make a number line for that because the number of d6's is just the rouge level divided by two rounded up. However, you could certainly write that in the "Features and Traits" area, or note it on the page with the class feature checkboxes.

Hey there, I really love this concept. I wondered if you had any plans or ideas for making a class agnostic version? I like that you’ve got versions for every class, but I’d love something that is customisable for the player who maybe multi classes or doesn’t see their character as strictly fitting within the class they use to materialise the character.

Obviously I’m spinning away with ideas here and appreciate the hard work that goes into this. Really love what you’ve produced though. ^_^

Excellent point. I have added new pages to the PDF for "Generic" characters. It does not list any class details, instead it leaves much more room to write in your own details.

One way to handle multi-classing is to print the sheet for the second class and just cut out the two panels that list class features. Then, glue them into your passport between the other signatures.

Bigger picture, characters come in endless variety, that's part of the fun of the game! To keep character passports as open-ended as possible, I include a link to the source Google Spreadsheet for the SRD version. You can copy and modify it any way that you want for personal use. Editing a spreadsheet is much easier than using a form fillable PDF file. And, you can see my techniques for adding a lot of style.

These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
