Nybor's Infernal Codex

ADD TO WISHLIST >

In this INFERNAL supplement for the world's most FIENDISH role-playing game, you'll find 60 new spells, new class options for barbarians, clerics, warlocks, and wizards, a handful of new creatures and even a new infernal war machine!  Perfect for expanding your new DESCENT INTO AVERNUS campaign, exploring evil options for your characters, making your BBEG even more B, B, and E, or just in general making trouble at the gaming table.

Want a new infernal war machine?  I got you covered with the new Interceptor.  It's fast, it's dangerous, and it can be yours.

Want your barbarian to get MAXimum MAD when they rage?  Check out my Path of the Rockatansky.

Is your warlock FURIOusly burning with desire to specialize in driving war machines?  Give them the Pact of the Imperator and its SIX related eldritch invocations and watch them summon a Devil's Ride and go kamikrazee!

Oh, did I mention warlocks?  How about two new patrons, twinned in their hatred of one another: the Book of Exalted Deeds and the Book of Vile Darkness?  One lets you see the future, and the other one reveals hidden secrets to you.  You know you want them.

Clerics get in on the fun, too, of course, with two new domains: exorcism and the inquisiton.  Set your players loose on them and watch their smiles as they banish demons and interrogate heretics to their hearts' desire.  And I don't neglect wizards, either: say hello to the teotlmancer, who can reshape reality through the hidden language of reality itself, Nahuallatolli.

I've also got 60(!) new spells with a malevolent or wicked bent, ranging from Nybor's Beneficent Dentistry, which let's you rip someone's teeth out from across the room, to Tractator, which makes the soil one stands upon try to eat them, to Das Nichts, which gives your target an existential crisis.  And that doesn't mention Ant Flow, which fills your enemy's mouth with a swarm of ants, Crimson Wave, which prevents your enemy's blood from clotting, or Thulsa's Arrow, which lets you shoot people with snakes!  Fun for the whole family, guaranteed, or, well, I'll apologize.

BONUS!  For every sales medal this product is awarded by DMsGuild, I will make a new class option!  Want an infernal bard, monk, paladin, rogue, sorcerer, or druid?  The more copies of Nybor's Infernal Codex I sell, the more subclasses for them I'll build.

Included in this purchase are both an illustrated version and a printer-friendly, unillustrated version.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
