"Deep within the infernal forges of Bel, mechanics bolt flesh to iron to create vast machines of war to serve on the front lines against their demon enemies. These mechanics, known as Hellsmiths, are rarely permitted to share their art though forgotten tomes written by half-mad escapees do exist. This is one such tome. 

I warn you, what you will find inside is not for the faint of heart. The gruesome craft of the Hellsmith takes its toll and many practitioners of such forbidden arts often wind up more machine than man, I'm afraid.
