Ranger Class Rework

This is an extensive but not radical rework of the Ranger class, as a whole. It incoprorates material from the PHB as well as the UA revision and also provides new class and archetype features that replace some of the originals and alters some of the existing features in order to augment the functionality and usability of the core class traits and the Beast Master archetype.

One of the worst flaws of this class is the fact that it was designed as an archer with the melee side of it being neglected. In order to rectify this, one new spell is included in this rework and it is meant to augment a melee Ranger for whom the Hail of Thorns and similar spells are useless.
