I Am Your World

ADD TO WISHLIST >

Mr. M is a mind flayer protecting a small village on a well-traveled road. Except... no visitors ever pass through and the villagers seem oddly forgetful and there's a warehouse no one's allowed to enter.

Wake up. Take your place in this village. You have always lived here. Those memories of past adventures and future goals are but dreams slipping from your grasp.

I Am Your World is a Dungeons & Dragons (5e) adventure module for Tier 2 (levels 5-10) characters. Explore new identities, unravel the mystery of Mr. M's village, and maybe, just maybe, you can save yourselves and the other villagers caught in a web of lies.

"[G]aslighting and emotional manipulation themes are very prevalent throughout this adventure. I do really like how there are warnings and some tools in this adventure to help players if they struggle with this at any point of the game."

I know this is a Tier 2 adventure but what level do you ideally recommend a party of 5 PCs should be for this adventure?

Hey Joseph! Depending on the skill level of your players, I would think 7th level would be fine. If they’re really inexperienced, bump them up to 8. If they’re expert min-maxers, crank it down to 5 or 6. Enjoy! -Theo

Hi Austin! The cover art is an original commission from Victor Tan. His username is victortandesign and he has posted many of his pieces on Instagram, though he has a presence on other social media sites as well. Please check out his work! This cover is only the tip of a very impressive iceberg! He collaborated very closely with me over a couple weeks to get the art to match a scene in the adventure and I could not be more thrilled with how he brought words to life.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
