The last page of the document has details as to what's changed between the original and redux version, but for your convenience I'll go ahead and tell you the major changes.

The main change was the main mechanic. The original had two main mechanics, Hammerspace Points in conjunction with "Special Items", and Slapstick Dice. Hammerspace Points were used to summon special items detailed in the class that dissipated after one use, kind of like a mix of Conjuration Wizard and Artificer, while Slapstick Die were a second resource that could be expended to reduce incoming damage.

The Redux sort of combines these two mechanics together, instead of having Hammerspace Points, Special Items, and Slapstick Dice, the Redux has Slapstick Dice, and "Gags", which are basically this class's version of Warlock Invocations. Rather than having two separate resources, I focused in on the idea of the class choosing to be more tanky, or using more of it's special little things. The last major difference is Subclass Structure. The original version of the class was structured similarly to Bard but now it's structured similarly to Paladin. I felt the Paladin's subclass structure fit the class more because of how the 20th level feature can reflect that sort of "end of an arc" type ability that many cartoons are known for, kind of like Goku finally obtaining the ability to use the Kamehameha, a destructive attack that's sure to kill the main bad guy.
