I really like some of the
I wrote some thoughts I had on some of them down:

Control flames: Fire ring, interesting, it is a bit weird that it does not require the one hit by the ring to make a dex save, seems to be in the same vein as hellish rebuke(though weaker, as it should be since it is a cantrip), still pretty cool though.

Dancing Lights : More lights & No concentration, perfection. Enticing light, this one may be a bit on the powerful side, especially since they just ignore dangerous terrain, I would probably have given them advantage if moving towards the light would put them in direct light(similar to some similar effects such as the harpy's Luring Song)

Friends, you wrote " charismacharm ", which I assume is a misspelling
You’ve Got a Friend in Me: powerful, though it does need a charisma save then when it is dealt damage you must make a save, however, it is both quite potentially powerful, and a bit weird, though I understand why,...See more

I like the changes you made.

Fire ring now has a dex save, that's nice. Cantrips normally does not deal damage on a successful save, but outside of that its fine (and as the third ability it could be argued to be closer to a level 17 feature, but that is only one of your alternatives, and does step on the evocation wizard's toes with damage on a success from cantrips). I imagene a caster who always has a ring of flame ready, casting this once a minute whenever they are out, just in case. Would be very obvious, and not practical among people, but quite interesting either way.

Enticing lights is interesting, the change to 15ft is good, it can be used to make a target drop off a cliff, but its range again means that requires quite the setup, and since it requires an action and concentration to do its probably balanced. And if not, it is fun and an interesting alternative to give to your players, its always good to give your players choices and incentive to think outside the box.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
