The Triumvirate report to the Twelve

Not every setting needs the same baseline equipment, sometimes interesting things happen when a more advanced world quietly crosses into a less advanced world.  The Triumvirate report to the Twelve is 32 pages of Dragonmark Houses Cannith, Orien, & Lyrander doing just that into other worlds.  Within those pages are dozens of new common enchanted items, a simple system for handling minor armor & weapon enchantments available within eberron as a result of the industrialized nature of manufacturing, rules for masterwork equipment, rules for equipment decay, a comparison of security between worlds, & a number of magical devices intended to subvert that security.
