Arcane Incantations

Suggested Price $9.99

Version 1.5

• This is a conversion of over 800 4th Edition Arcane Powers into 5th Edition abilities.

• The powers were converted from the 4th Edition Artificer, Bard, Sorcerer, Swordmage, Warlock, and Wizard.

• These are designed as alternate rewards to magic items and treasure. They are similar to Boons.

• They can also be used to add flavor and combat options to Monsters and NPCs.

• Each Rank is about equal in power to a spell of the same level.

• These are not intended only for arcane classes, but as rewards for any character looking to add more magical arcane flavor to their combat options.

• There is a section included for converting each Incantation into a spell of the same level.

Version 1.5

  • Rebalanced the damage of "When you hit" incantations

  • Updated the wording on many incantations to bring them in-line with Martial Exploits and Divine Prayers

It is part of a larger work in progress, converting Martial Exploits, Divine Prayers, Primal Rites, and Psionic Exploits. As I finish the others, I'll link to each of them.

I love that you're bringing some of the great stuff from 4E to 5E, I've been trying to find a way to resurrect my Swordmage bamfing about the battlefield with Aegis of Assualt that I'm happy to buy this just for that =D

Looks like Early September, but I'm pushing for late August. I want this one to be properly proofread by me before I release it.

I'm way behind. I've been extremely sick the past month and a half. The sickness finally broke last Friday. I'm still getting my energy levels back. I tried writing a bit during that time, but it was almost impossible to focus for more than 10-20 minutes at a time.

I'm sorry for the delay, I was very sick for a couple months. I'm proofreading Divine Prayers now and it should be going up next Tuesday.

I'm hoping for early August as the soonest, but definitely by the end of August.

I can't really tell you specifically, just because I didn't mark them in any way, but anything that references hitting with a melee weapon is probably going to be from the Swordmage, along with anything that has to do with marking or Aegis's.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
