Good morning, Agents! Sometimes, information is worth more than mere coins and trinkets. This is one such time. A suspect Luskar merchant is resting in Waterdeep’s own Boar’s Head Inn and you are tasked with a delicate mission. Search for Borgo Schaller’s documents, copy them, and find out who his contact is. As is the tradition, you may keep whatever else you might pocket...



The Bone Dancer is set in Waterdeep, specifically in the Boar’s Head Inn on the Way of the Dragon in the South Ward. You may play the mission as a one-shot or incorporate it into an ongoing Dragon Heist campaign. There is no recommendation for a specific party level since much depends on the players’ ingenuity and ability to improvise. In fact, I recommend playing this heist with parties of different levels to witness how the arrogance of higher level parties may be their downfall, where novices succeed due to their caution.
