It’s a Zoo in There! is an urban adventure for 2nd-4th level characters offering multiple paths of exploration leading to a chilling ethical dilemma with multiple endings depending on the choices your players make.

As a single-session adventure for low level characters, It’s a Zoo in There! is a great fit for chapter 2 of the hardcover adventure Waterdeep: Dragon Heist.

As we approach the fifteenth anniversary of the zoo’s grand expansion, Perythia Aldenber Memorial Zoo remains a testament to modern magic and engineering. With the addition of castle style walls, realistic reconstruction of natural habitat, and powerful magics, this zoo offers more than the run of the mill bestiary! Thanks to the cooperation of Wizards throughout the region, our zoo offers the unprecedented experience of walking amongst amazing and terrifying creatures without visual impediment. Although the experience can be frightening, rest assured that our state of the art magical wards and restraints provide complete visitor safety.

Scrying Into His Handkerchief turns a faction mission into a 2-4 hour adventure of intrigue and further exploration of Waterdeep.

It Got Under His Skin is a faction mission turned 4-6 hour adventure solving a dark mystery in Undercliff.

Dung Work is a faction mission turned into a full tenday of adventure alongside the Trades Ward Crew of the Dungsweepers Guild that can be presented as a cooperative board game for 2-4 hours of play.

In All in a Dray's Work, the adventurers must solve the mystery of what happened to the Harpers missing horse, and why she can talk in the first place! A faction mission turned into a 2-4 hour adventure.

Played this as a one shot at my local shot - super fun, very well laid out, and lots of different things for players to do. *****! [...]

Was a great adventure, though I wound up having to drop the plot line with the spirit as my group became more obsessed with recovering the lost animals than anything else. Weirdest pivot I've had to do in a while. Good detail, great combats, and [...]

Great format, same style as AL Adventures and easy to read. Excellent flow but does allow multiple paths to resolution of one kind or another (and in doing so presents a challenging moral quandary for the players). Could be lethal if the players are ca [...]

This is a fantastic adventure for new or advanced players. The details in the document are great and the brochure/map are a nice touch for the players. The animals let druids and rangers (or anyone in tune with nature) really take advantage of their no [...]

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
