Race Option-Polloi

Thank you for the comment! A player of mine actually asked me to make a Race with multiple arms for them to play, and that's what spawned this. Would you suggest doing something like having the multi-armed part be the main race, and have descendants of different multi-armed fiends be different subraces? Or are you thinking just go full bore into using the Ice devil or something similar as the base, rather than the marilith?

I think there are a few different ways to go. The general utility of the arms makes a nice non-magic alternative to tiefling spells, so I thought making them a tiefling subrace was also a possibility.

I was just thinking of ways to make the race more visually striking since the marilith lends itself to person with extra arms (which isn't bad if it's what you want, but something with specialized limbs coming from the collar bone area like scorpion claws and a more inhuman posture could create a strong impression).

If you do want "human but with extra arms" the marilith is good and so might be the Centimani which could make them giant kin, replace the damage reduction feature of the Goliath with the many arms feature, that could be very cool too.

Basically, you built a cool car, but I think the best part is how you can stick that engine in a bunch of other cars and make other cool things too.

These are definitely some interesting suggestions.
