Not Enough Magical Items I

We all love magical items. DM's love trying to kill their party with them, players love ruining their DM's, my +2 sentient keyboard of clicking loves not working properly. The point is magical items are great and here are a few more.

What you get in this book.

  • Empowered System. Think of it as an upgrade system. It is simple spend extra gold make items slightly better, there are 5 of these in this book
  • New Item Rarity Listing. One thing that drove me crazy in 5e is how much room there was for magic items as far as cost goes. So I added and rearranged a few things. Also I don't think of rarity as how rare does the world see an item, but how rare is the item in the world of magic. To a peasant even a healing potion is going to see like a holy grail of an item.
  • 2 fairly common items, 3 common, 4 uncommon, 6 rare, 2 epic, 1 ascended, and 1 legendary
  • 1 Magic Item Set
  • 3 Vestiges with Adventure plot hooks. (These are what I think Matt Mercer entented to be a streamlined version of Legacy Items from 3.5 or atleast they have that feeling for me.)
  • 4 special materials. Yes that is right, I did not like adamantine and mithril getting the boot like they did, so I did my own thing on them.

If you enjoy any of this and want to check out more of my work. I have everything from a new training system, to new archetypes to some npcs to a massive project where I attempt to rework how races work. Thank you for stopping by and have a great day.

CREATOR
I have no clue what that means. I just grabbed it off Xanathar's Lost notes of Everything else because I made the cover based off that design concept and the red one just looked off. I didn't see anything saying that was not allowed, though I can easily change it :S

I strongly suggest you change that logo as using it and not being an Adept is grounds to have your product removed and all funds gained frozen or confiscated.

Good product that would hate to see removed over such an infringement.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
