Chronomancy - Wizard Arcane Tradition

Suggested Price $1.00

Version 1.0

"The wizards who practice Chronomancy find themselves captivated by the manipulation of time. Some arcanists see this as a threat to the natural order while others embrace and want to see it pushed to its limits.

Wizards of this tradition have various reasons for joining, some wish to use this power to change mistakes from their past while others are just curious about what they can uncover with this power."

About the Subclass:

This subclass was designed for players who want a wizard with limited control of time in game. They can bend time to aid themselves and their allies as well as look into the past to gain glimpses of important events of the past.

About the Creator:

Hello, my name is Zach Erdody and I have decided to test my hand at designing Subclasses for all the current official classes. I will be releasing one every week for the next 3 months to share for you lovely people and will be closely watching the comments for feedback. This is the first attempt at posting any of my desings to a more public setting so any and all feedback is welcome and appreciated.

About this Project:

Like mentioned above, I am planning on releasing 12 subclass options, one for each official class created by Wizards of the Coast, over the next 12 weeks. As each subclass comes out, I will be reading through your feedback and preparing a revision to be released roughly one month after the option is posted.

After I finish the 12 weeks, I will be looking to compile all of these subclasses into one release. Doing so includes commissioning art to be produced for each of the subclasses and trying my best to match the style Wizards has made for 5th edition.

If you would like to help me afford art for a full release or you just appreciate the effort, feel free to throw me a dollar or two. For everyone else just curious in what I am desinging, your feedback will be incredibly appreciated.

Until next week, enjoy!

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
