Training Downtime & Traits

Hello and welcome to Phalcon's Phenomenal Assemblage Training Downtime and Traits.

To cut a long story short I have updated and revived old 3.5 feats to work with a upgraded system for the Downtime, Training.

What are you getting.

  1. My system for Training. This is a downtime activity that allows your players to build their characters in other ways besides just fighting.
  2. 56 traits aka old the old feats. This can be learned through training or used as rewards.
  3. 7 conditions that have been updated for 5e from 3.5. These can be used anywhere you like. Want to make a zombie a bit more special, make it so that it has a vomit attack (gross) that causes nausea.
  4. Printer Friendly PD

So if you would like to join me and making more custom PCs, NPCs and Villains, come join me in this adventure.

Races, Subraces, Culture: My work to break WoTC's races down to make races make more sense.

School of the Wands: A wizard archetype that focuses on fighting with wands. You're a wizard Harry.

PURCHASER
Hi, Is there somewhere that explains how this works? For example, I do not understand what "Prof" means in this example. "You pick what you want to train and then that increases the
DC based on what you pick. You roll the following:
D100 + Con + Prof + Trainer = Result
(Result + Int) * Days = Training Points"
Then where the "Days" comes into the equation?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Prof = Proficiency bonus.
Days = how many days of downtime the DM wants to use inbetween rolls.

So Lets say Leo wants to spend 1 weeks training to learn how to use point blank shot.
He rolls a 2d10 + 2 (His Con modifier) + 2 (His proficiency bonus) + 5 (He pays a trainer to help him) = He rolls 62 + 9 so 71.
His DM decides that they want to do a 7 days per roll so with a result of 4 points and 1 int modifier he goes a total of 5 * 7 = 35 points for his week of training. I should have gave an example in the pdf and that is something I will fix thanks to your post. It is o easy to just assume everyone is going to understand how your brain works. Apologize for the late reply. Hope this helps.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
