Hi, we had outlines for both prequels and sequels. Unfortunately, AL drastically changed in Season 8, so most of our team no longer writes AL adventures.

I just participated in this adventure and was wondering if there was a holy symbol for the order of Dawnfire. I thought it might be cool if my paladin, after taking up the reward of the quest could conduct them self in such a manner as if they were a member. Amazing adventure!

Hi, there's no description of the Dawnfire order's holy symbol, but I think that's a great idea - joining the order makes sense for good-aligned martial types. I'm glad you enjoyed it, thank you!

Is there a published sequel? I really hope there are more!

We've got outlines for both prequels and sequels. Unfortunately, there have been significant changes in the AL Community Content rules.

I purchased this adventure (along with others) when dmsguild had a sale on their print-to-order books and while reading the adventure, other magical items are mentioned (a cube, an orb, a skull) and I was wondering if those adventures are available any where else? I apologize if this is the question that people below me have asked (about the lost citadel).

Hi! Those items are seeds for future projects. The strange cube appears in the Ashen Scar, another Adventurer's League CCC module. The other items are working their way into the storyline one at a time!

Thank you for answering so quickly! I assumed the other magic items were the other adventures you keep talking about in your other replies, but I wanted to make sure. I'm getting ready to run a (modified) version of this adventure next week and I can't wait!

Which other modules dealt with the Lost Citadel? Hoping more content in the storyline comes out as well!

We've got outlines and concepts for the Lost Citadel, but AL content depends on having sponsoring events. Once we can find a sponsoring convention, we'll release the Lost Citadel!

I may be overlooking where it's listed, are there any DT days rewarded at the end of the adventure? I'm not seeing it listed.

I believe that DT days for AL play are standard with shorter (CCC/DDAL) modules: 5 DT for a 2 hour adventure, 10 DT for a 4 hour adventure.

Is the magic item reward in this module "unique" and thus unavailable for Dedicated DM reward in Adventure League?

The magic item is rare. I don't think CCC are eligible for Dedicated DM item rewards, you'd need to double check the AL guidelines.

You are correct, it seems I was given some bad info. As the rules around CCC changed a bit a wile back but that quest was not included in the change.
On a side note I'm still looking forward to running this at some point in the future.

Is this a stand-alone module, or intended to be a part of a series?

It’s functional as a stand-alone module. There are other adventures that connect plot-wise, but we like to create adventures that are playable without knowing a ton of backstory.

On that note, you made reference to "The Lost Citadel Tier 1 and Tier 2" to find out more about the order of the Dawnfire, is that on dmsguild? I have been looking for it but cannot find it.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
