Can you put the inventory file on the second page again?

I have a lot of character sheets and it is far easier to manage equipment in one file.

What are the smaller second bubbles on the skills for? I know the when filled it means proficiency but I have no idea what the second one would be for. And also is the circle under the class symbol for level?

Some classes or subclasses get double proficiency. Example that pops into my mind is the rogue with Expertise, or the Knowledge Domain Cleric with Blessings of Knowledge.
These double bubbles are to signify the double proficiency they get.

And yes, I use the circle for that purpose. It is the only place you can clearly fill in your level.

Umm, it's useless now. I can only find PDFs with one sheet in it that ONLY is fillabale. Sure, different classes, but all the fighter" ones are exactly the same. And everyone is one sheet and is only fillable. Useless...

Main sheets, background sheets, and spell sheets are all separate pages.

Download the file, "(One_Download_-_EDITABLE_SHEETS.rar)," unrar it. Use, "Character Sheet_BACK_FILLABLE.pdf," along with, "Character Sheet_FIGHTER-EK_FILLABLE.pdf," and, "Optional Sheet_SPELL SHEET-A_FILLABLE.pdf," for Eldritch Knight.

Battlemaster, Eldritch Knight, and Gunslinger all have their own Fighter page to work with.

If you are only downloading the fillable ones, then of course you will only find fillable ones.

Did I miss something or are they all split front-back now? Before the front sheet and back sheet was one .pdf. now they're all separate.

They're all separate now as there are multiple back sheets to choose from.

Do these character sheets do the calculations for you or do have to put everything in manually?

You input it, but the maths involved is not complicated, anyone with access to the player's handbook can use these sheets to fill the blanks in.

Is there a possibility of a Lingering Soul Sheet since you already have Matt Mercer's other class, Blood Hunter?

I wished it was made clearer that these were meant for 5e. I was looking for something exactly like that, but for 3.5. These are useless to me. If anyone can point me to some place where exists a similar bundle of fillable/editable sheets, specialized by class but for 3.5 instead I would be very grateful.

These are posted on the DMs Guild, which allows for exclusively 5e content. It is implicit that it will be 5e due to the site they are hosted on.

Are these not intended for printing as much as viewing as documents? They seem to be longer than the average paper length and I can't seem to scale them.
They look fantastic and I'm not bashing them whatsoever, I'm just trying to make them physical

I’m not at my computer to check, but if I remember correctly these sheets are international standard A4 size - are you using American paper sizes? If so then yes the dimensions will be different.
Not being able to scale printing is another problem, is the normal option greyed out or not there at all?
Customer avatar

I have printed on A4 before, works good, but you might get a better result printing in gray-scale than color. I made the mistake to print in color once and it came out quite "muddy".
However, in regards to scaling - It might have been the printer driver/software that scaled it to A4.

Yes I had glanced over the fact this was A4 paper. Being used to US letter all my life I totally forgot this was a thing. I purchased the correct paper and am fine now

My friend just downloaded the (One_Download_-_FILLABLE_SHEETS.rar) file, and during extraction his linux laptop crashed. Disk irreparable by fsck. Can someone put some time into checking if there is something wrong with the rar itself or the contents? Do I dare to download it? :s

Is there an recommended way to add "smaller" tables like the Experimental Elixir feature from the Artificer-Alchemist? So far I've been using a markdown table, but with the font not being monospace (and really, why should it be monospace?) it looks kinda screwed.
Really amazing anyways!

In the Favorite Spells section for the Wizard, what's the C button for under casting time ? (edit 2 : ok, I'm pretty sure it's for Concentration, obviously)

Also, how do you use the Spell Slots section to track used/max ? (edit : nvm found the answer to this second question, clever ! Still need the answer for the first one !).

Hey Emmet,
These are great as always. Thank you for doing this.

There are some mistakes in the following files: Character Sheet_DRUID_EDITABLE, Character Sheet_RANGER_EDITABLE, Character Sheet_RANGER-BM_EDITABLE, Character Sheet_BLOOD HUNTER_EDITABLE, Character Sheet_PUGILIST_EDITABLE, Character Sheet_ARTIFICER_EDITABLE, Character Sheet_UA_MYSTIC_EDITABLE, Character Sheet_UA_REVISED RANGER_EDITABLE, Character Sheet_UA_REVISED RANGER-BM_EDITABLE

On all of these the labels for all abilities (STRENGTH,...) are still there underneath the edit boxes.

I was just curious about the time-frame for when the new Artificer sheets will be available. There is an artificer in my current campaign and I believe it would help them out a lot. Thanks!

Is there a way to enlarge the form-fillable writing? I love the product but I feel like the skill numbers and spell names are absolutely miniscule for the amount of room they have in their boxes.

Not sure if these can be updated or so, but I think it would be worth considering adding an Attunement Mark Off box or some such?
Similar to the death save box? Just to have a location to keep track of the 3 Attuned Items you can have on at once. I've always thought that was missing from most character sheets
Customer avatar
Thomas P December 09, 2019 6:43 pm UTC

The second page has Attunement Checkboxes for Equipment as well as a "Magic Item" section for items that require attunement but don't fit under equipment. Both sections are found below "Flaws" and between "Additional Features and Traits" and "Backpack/Storage" :)

There should be an update coming soon, I've been checking up on it once in a while. December 4th the creator said he's working on the published Artificer class sheets.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
