You had mentioned wanting to update this a while ago- I was wondering if part of that was a list of spells available to the new(ish) Artificer class?

If you mean adding a class spell list for the official artificer class that was released for Eberron 5e, yes I'll be adding that. My current focused project, The Trial of Asmodeus, should be ready within the next 5-7 weeks, and I'll be doing a lot of updates after that.

Is the spell description of Mass Culling missing a part? The mini-description in the spell list states "You instantly kill weak or weakened creatures in an area around you, and deal necrotic damage to the rest." But, the spell description simply states the spell instantly kills all creatures within a 30-foot radius of the caster that have 20 hit-points or less, which seems underpowered for a 9th level spell. I am not sure the spell would be very useful. If a powerful caster is closely surrounded by a group of low-level NPCs/monsters, there are many lower level spells that could disburse/neutralize them. Or, if a nearby foe is so severely weakened, and not already fleeing or surrendering (or you just want them dead), a lower-level spell would typically finish them off.

Oops the mini description was for an earlier version of the spell - I'll fix that in the next update. Thank you for catching it.

After getting a much deeper view of spell balance from working on The BLAST, spells of evocation, I'm probably going to change Mass Culling's range to a radius of 800 feet.

It's a spell that's to be used in a mass combat, or dark ceremony, or mass slaughter. It's something to use for slaying a small army, or removing a castle's defenses, or getting out of being surrounded by swarms, or an evil character committing an act of atrocity.

The next update, coming within the next few months, will bring the spell count to over 200, and the price to $5.95. Customers who have already purchased the books will not have to buy the products again or pay extra for the content updates.

I spotted errors in the Table of Contents. I just replaced the v1.2 document with new v1.2 including the corrections.

After finishing the Silvanus pamphlet, I'm going to be doing mainly work on updates to existing products as well as the Realmspace Traveller's Guide for the rest of the month.

v1.2 for this book will be first up for the updates.

Progress on the Tempus pamphlet has been going smoothly so the next update for this book will be coming in a few days.

If anyone has requests or feedback, feel free to toss them here or message me on my design blog pages.

There are a few typos that I missed and some spells that I really, really want to add, so I'm going to be doing v1.1 as soon as I finish up the Tempus deity lore pamphlet.

The next update (v1.1) will probably be within a few weeks. I want to add some more spells that the druid, paladin, and ranger can use. There may be some tweaks based on feedback.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
