Welcome!

Here within this PDF you will find professions have been added into D&D , allowing players a way to make money or items while adventuring. It's a great way to get players involved and encourage them to interact with the environment; allowing a GM to spawn quests from the items players may end up seeking.

Inside you will find professions for: harvesting, herbalism, mining, leatherworking, smithing, alchemy, enchanting, performing, tailoring, fishing, and jewelcrafting with intent to finish three more professions (engineering, salvaging, and wood-working).

This PDF includes familair materials such as copper ore for smelting, scales from creatures to create gloves, or bolts of silk for clothing while also including some unfamilair ones; gem clusters, kew ore, enchanted gems, fairy dust, or essences of elementals.

The best part of all is they follow similar mechanics, allowing the user of one profession to easily understand a transition into another kind. Additionally, the mechanics are easily understood with examples to help clarify if needed.

This document will be kept up to date as it is currently being play-tested and fixed; removing any wrinkles or broken mechanics to allow a smooth system. Of course, by buying this PDF you will always recieve any updates made to the document and the patch page at the end of the document will inform you of what changes were made.

This project has been dicontinued for the time being, any updates made to this will, in-time, be uploaded to this page. 3/1/2018

Love this! Wondering when the rest will be completed? It says Salvaging, Engineering & Carpentry are still "In the works" Ironically, those are the three things I'm most interested in adding to my games.

At the moment, further progress on this project has, honestly, come to a complete halt.
I would like to flesh this out more, but at the current time other projects demand my attention and focus; I don't have the time.
Maybe in the future I'll come back to this and adjust it further, but at the moment, I wouldn't place any expectations on this developing further.
Thank you for your support though, I appreciate it and hope what is there holds some semblance of value none-the-less.

Very interesting mechanics. I like the harvesting of components part the most, takes killing monsters and searching for specific game to a whole new lvl.
Looking forward to the updates.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
