I've lost count how many times I've said this to so many creators;
When you do an update, please include a version number or some kind of indicator which is the updated version.
I get the item updated notice,visit the entry and see this

So, which one is the newest one with the fixes?

Also, not a bad idea to add a changelog to the description area, that way a customer doesn't have to jump back and forth to see what's different.

I finally got tired of waiting for a response and messaged them on twitter. Hopefully something comes of it.

Sorry for the late response, DMsGuild never gave us a notice that anyone had posted anything here other than the poster below. That said, the files names have been changed and there has been a notice placed as well marking the change that was made. Thank you for pointing this out and we'll doubly make sure these things in the future. We apologize for the delay again and we'll do better from here on out!

These items are all really interesting, but could you take a second look at Shroud Scythe? From the wording, it reads like it does 12d6 damage that ignores resistances and immunities, plus an additional 2d6 cold damage, and +3 damage on top, on EVERY melee attack with the weapon. There's no mention of some limitation like "once per long rest" or "use up a charge" or something to that effect. Maybe I'm crazy but I feel like being able to do 14d6+3 damage on every melee attack sounds incredibly broken.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! A bit of information was accidentally left off. It's once per long rest now.

I really loved these items particularly the class based ones, can't wait to use them in my next campaign. Also that Phoenix Armour? Dang.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
