Improved Guard Stat Blocks

This is a slightly expanded guard stat blocks. There are some guards that have been changed by adding racial traits, and in some cases the slight changing of equipment to match, at least in my mind, that these slightly modified guards would have (mostly a few weapon changes). There are also greatly improved guards, though at the end they are still guards. This was made as a slight improvment to guards for my own game, and I decided to publish this because I figured there are other people who want the same thing but might not have the time to do this themselves.
