5e Revisited: Sorcerer Spell Sheet (form fillable)

ADD TO WISHLIST >

I found the traditional 5e character sheet quite wasteful and wanting of space. Too much room was devoted to the wrong things; it left me jotting down notes and using shorthand that ended up making me more irritated than informed.  Thus, I began my "Revisisted" series of player sheets.

Sorcerer Specific

This spell sheet was designed with the average sorcerer in mind. Crossing the level 20 finish line with 15 total spells, it seemed one hell of a waste to have dozens and dozens of slots devoted to just listing the spell names and almost pointless spell descriptions: "1ac,splAtk 1d12lightn. Act.next rnd 2 dm1d12" No thanks, I get enough of that online.

I have been playing a sorcerer for several months now and decided to customize the spell sheet for 5e D&D sorcerers to have all the info one might need availble in one place. Some of you may be insane and try to learn 15 1st level spells or write down every spell, including scrolls and magic items, that you can cast - sadly I do not think this sheet will accomodate you very well.

For everyone else, this sheet should rise to the occassion of keeping track of your spells - while an app can handle this same info, or the various books can service, as always, I think it's important to some gamers to have that material index of spells, particularly as they're presented here. There's far more to the class than just spell descriptions.

Note: This spell sheet is designed to function best with my previous released 5e Character Sheet: Revisited, and

I think I have found a minor error. Sorcerers get their 5th cantrip at Lv 4, not Lv 5.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
