The Ooze Chambers of Emirikol

The legendary spellcaster Emirikol the Chaotic has turned the region into a wild magic zone, a place where all magic goes awry. The only way to put things back to normal is to retrieve the source of the problem deep inside the Ooze Chambers of Emirikol!

This adventure is for 4th level characters and can be run on its own or as part 3 of the Litany of Arrows adventure path. This adventure contains:

  • 2 pages of new magic items.

  • 8 new monsters and NPCs.

  • A full write-up of Bwimb II, the Paraelemental Princess of Ooze, an entity referred to in many D&D products but never fully fleshed out.

  • Stats for the 3rd edition iconic heroes Regdar and Mialee, who play a major role in this adventure.

  • Over 10 pieces of original art.

  • Full color maps, tagged and untagged.

  • A special page for the player who obtains the Ooze Fist of Emirikol.

This adventure builds on the story begun in the platinum-selling Castle of Corellon and the follow-up, Warpath of Gruumsh.

Loved every moment of the chaos! Using the Chambers as a side dungeon in Avernus when the players speak to Mordekainen....if they want his help they will need to get Emirikol's Ooze Fist!

Just wish this had a conclusion for the overall storyline....I played it through and really want to finish/at least know what the castle has 100% completed.

Really superior - as is all of Sean McGovern's work. My young gamers are having a blast with this adventure, and so is the DM (me)!

I've played many adventures/modules so when i say this i really mean it: This should be in the TOP 3 adventures in the entire dm's guild catalog.
We had great time playing all of the 3 adventures that were published so far and that makes me want to buy even the guides the author has made.
Mr. Sean McGovern please give updates on the next chapters of this amazing story you've made.

Hi, can you give an indication as to how long this adventure will take to play?

This is a fairly long dungeon crawl. Expect a quick party to take 3 to 4 hours.

How many parts do you plan on producing? What character level will the path finish up at?

Yeah, my party is about to begin Warpath of Gruumish, and we are keen to follow this one as far as it can go

I’m dying for them myself! They are great reads and I’ve got a group wanting to start up and play these after listening to me talk about the premise a bit.

Haven't seen the author respond as to if / when the remaining parts will be released? We're about to start running through #2, and #3 is on the DMGuild so we're good for a while. Thanks for any info you can give us.

I’ve talked to him off and on via email. He’s a great guy and very busy. You should check his blog out, Power score gaming. Apparently a bunch of his stuff was deleted and he had to start over, but he is still working on the 4th one.

I will check out that blog, get some updates from there. Hate to hear about the bad luck, I have a couple of his products and he is a good author. Thanks for the heads up and take care!

Yeah, I love the guides he’s put out, and he seems very active in the community. These are by far my favorite adventure modules for 5e!

Really liked this, and it has some great moments for comedy! I do have a question though, what are the complete stats for the baleful ooze in the end? There is a mini reference for the encounter, but it would be nice a full monster entry with its CR and complete breakdown.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
