There's no official sequel currently to the Dark Hunt or the White Well. That said, there are quite a few Dungeoncraft AL community authors, and we invite all AL writers to use our work as a foundation.

Hi! There’s both an English and Spanish language version in this purchase.

I love this adventure! The story is fun and exciting to run. Who doesn't love unicorns? Totally worth a purchase and play!

Lol, one of my players asked the Unicorn to kill itself in order to ensure the ritual could never manifest. Fun adventure even if that plothole was glaring.

a living creature not being willing to kill itself is not a plot hole.

Big-time plot hole! The character's argument was that any purely good creature like a unicorn should be willing to sacrifice itself if doing so would prevent the ritual from taking effect, one "that crawls over the land bringing sickness and undeath, warping the minds and wills of those who fall in its shadow." Letting the unicorn live in such a circumstance would simply be too risky.

Good doesn't mean stupid.

How would a creature sacrificing itself to protect the land from "sickness and undeath" be in any way stupid?

After I purchased the module, I noticed that there were 2 copies of the adventure. I just wanted to know if there was a difference? I really look forward to reading to module and running it seeing as how great reviews.

There's no functional difference. I had mislabeled the Spellcasting Services table, and fixed it. Thank you for buying our work, and we're honored that you're running it! I've removed the earlier version so there's no future confusion.

Looking through a copy borrowed from a friend before I buy and noticed a typo on page two under spellcasting services. the header for the chart reads "determining Party Strength" and the left side is labeled, "party composition party strength" notice the huge gap between party and strength. that occurs in the ACTUAL party strength chart as well.

also, it seems unnecessary to have the "faction Charity" blurb included. Since this is a 5-10 adventure. Might allow you more space for other content.

Thank you for catching that. I've corrected the spellcasting services table title. The faction blurb is a standard feature in most CCC adventures.

Any chance you could provide the text for the story rewards: Ally of the Forest & Glim__l's Ire?

Hi Nirodha,

The story awards are under the Rewards section of the adventure (page 15 or so). If you need them as a player, send me a message at tbrun1977@yahoo.com and I'll send you the award text.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
