5e Inventory and Equipment: Revisited

ADD TO WISHLIST >

Thistle, still in the grasps of her madness, rakes twenty pounds of bones into her pack.

- Wait, how much crap is Thistle carrying?
- Uh.
*Rustle noises as ten sheets of paper get shifted back to front and front to back* I have no idea.
                                                      *Ten minutes later*
Her knees nearly buckling, her back shaking with the effort of standing up under her incredible load, Thistle slides her feet before her, inching her way out of the ruined tower.

Features

It happens: Sadly, keeping track of all the "sweet loot" you come across in an adventure on an average character sheet or even average paper is problematic. Not being sure what is written where or what is folded up and tucked in which book - having it all in one place helps!

Visualize Equipment: Each section is made to try and mimic the theme of a player's actual gear and equipment. Equipped weapons, armor, sheild, neck, ring, personal items - everything your PC can reach out and grab outside their pack is front-and-center, while the backpack is removed and lower, split into nameable sections, easy for players to label on their own!

Designed To Work In Concert or Alone: This equipment page was designed to be used in conjunction with my own Character Sheet, but is completely stand alone if you have a favorite sheet you don't wish to part with!

This Has Everything You'll Need: This sheet has space for a character's Backpack, Coin Purse, Equipped Items, Attuned Items, and even gear strapped to the sides of your pack! Should you be looking for tons of non-thematic storage space, try out my Bag of Holding inventory sheet (that sheet is also availbile HERE! )

Variant Encumbrance Rules Ready: All of the rules needed to calculate Carry Capacity, Push/lift/drag, and even Long Jumps are here on the sheet! Auto caluclated if you use the form fillable version, and reminders hard-printed on the sheet for everyone else!

I Mean, It's Pretty Handsome, Right?: Give this itemized, fairly stylish, well put together equipment sheet a try. It comes, standard, with spaces for weight, treasure value, coin storage, simple reminder of the coin weight, and the rules necessary for adjudicating carrying capacity!

I'm not sure what's different about this sheet than others I've used, but when I merge it with other PDF files, it comes out about 4 times the size of the other pages.

Weird - it doesn't do that for me, but it would not surprise me AT ALL because so many updates come out to Adobe DC and the like every few months.
I'll look at this when I can and see if i can suss out the issue. Unfortunately, I can't promise it'll be in a timely manner whatsoever given my current list of projects.

So far the favorite sheet of my players to keep track of their inventories. And I also like it a lot as it makes keeping track of everyone's ''hording'' much easier. But I have three requests, if I may.

There should be a column to enter the quantity of an object which could be multiplied with the value of the ''weight per object'' column for the overall weight.
This would make it much nicer to look at and easier to use.

Another idea would be to also integrate a column, where you can toggle objects on and off. But I don't know how much effort this would take.

At last, it would be nice to have more ''slots'' for the Equipped Items table like presented here http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/magicitemrecordsheet.pdf and to have one small circle next to them to note if the equipped item needs attunement.

Today I released a complete revamp of this sheet - if you have already purchased the previous version, this one is absolutely not mandatory. If, for some reason, you require the previous version let me know and i'll see what I can do to help out.

Hey, can I get the v1 version of the inventory sheet? Also, I had the same problem as Filip T where the encumbrance text was covered by other text. That's not a huge thing for me, but I would like it to be fixed if possible. Thanks!

the issue with the text was resolved back in February.

Shoot me an e-mail (dropthedie@gmail) and I'll forward you the outdated sheet.

On mine there's an issue with the Encumbrance text - it has a non-selectable image of the same text behind it with altered line-breaks, making it completely unreadable.

Please let me know if the issue is resolved for you! I found out the problem and, hopefully, dealt with it.
So sorry about that - it was an oversight caused by Adobe Acrobat DC.

Didn't realize the giant dice would stay in the middle, and I'm kind of disappointed that the fill-able form didn't actually work.

Yeah, i'm not sure what dice or why the form doesn't work, but this product has had a lot of upload issues since it was "taken down" by DM's Guild. I'll get it sorted!

Any way you could remove the "&" watermark? It prints out the same color as pencil and is VERY distracting.

Certainly. Though I would like to keep a watermark - give me a little time to play with it.

Give it a shot. I made the background exceptionally light - when i printed it, my .07 led wrote over it clearly visible. Hope it fixes your issue!

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
