This supplement contains a variety of fey, with CR's ranging from 0 to 25, each with unique features and traits to give them a special flavor.

  • Bacchanals: Embodiments of reverly and debauchery, the bacchanals come in two varieties

    • Maenads: (CR 3) Nymphs of the frenzy, whose debauchery spreads to all they meet

    • Bacchae: (0 & 8) Mortals who've been enraptured by the bacchanalia. Comes as a template which can be applied to any humanoid, along with two samples based on the Commoner

  • Fox Spirits: Spirits born of long lived foxes, close relatives of the kitsune race

    • Kumiho: (CR 14) Wicked and cruel without even a hint of mercy, kumihos are shapeshifters whose greatest pleasure is torturing gullible mortals

    • Tireganierk: (CR 6) Peaceful, kindhearted wanderers, tireganierk nurture large gardens of arctic flora in their tundra homes and have good relations with Uthgardt tribes and the Champion.

  • Green Knight: (CR 8) Paladins who have taken the oath of the ancients

  • Hobs: Household spirits dedicated to the well being of a specific household

    • Brownie: (CR 1/8) Simple small folk who work for food and shelter

    • Domovoi: (CR 1) Fire loving hobs that live in the hearths of houses in frigid climates

  • Hybsil: Deer-folk who believe in boldness and action

    • Hybsil: (CR 2) Capable of seeing invisible creatures and disengaging effortlessly from combat, hybsil are difficult to sneak up on and even more difficult to capture

    • Hybsil Hart: (CR 7) A hybsil may be granted increased mystical power by Oberon, giving it magical armor and the ability to escape harm

  • Jermlaine: (CR &frac;12;) Ugly, petty fey who find acceptance only among their kindred rats

  • Leprechaun: (CR 4) Whimsical fey that operate on the borders of things, spreading good and bad luck as they please.

  • Shimmerling Swarm: (CR 8) Large swarms of multi-hued fey which dazzle their enemies with kaleidoscopic light shows, making them more vulnerable to the mind affecting magic of other fey or devouring them with vicious bites.

  • Spriggan: (CR 3) Foul tempered gnome-like fey with the ability to attain the size of an ogre at will.

  • Thorn Knight: (CR 4) Sprites gifted with increased size and power to enable them to act as bodyguards to powerful archfey.

  • Spirit of the Land: Living embodiments of nature itself, the Spirits of the Land are titanic, primordial fey capable of cataclysmic wrath in the face of a threat to the balance of nature. Focusing largely on field control and mobility, a spirit of the land is a powerful and difficult foe to defeat.

    • Spirit of the Land: (CR 18) A spirit of the land spends most of its time in this invisible form, drifting unseen through its realm. However, should a threat present itself, it is capable of assuming the form of a beast or creating one of its elementals manifestations

    • Air Manifestation: (CR 23) A huge being of swirling air, the air manifestation can rapidly swoop across the battlefield, tossing enemies to and fro

    • Earth Manifestation: (CR 23) Composed of soil and stone, the earth manifestation can entomb its targets in the earth and crush them, as well as create difficult terrain

    • Fire Manifestation: (CR 23) A roaring pillar of flame, the fire manifestation can suppress ice magic and create roaring firestorms through which it can travel

    • Water Manifestation: (CR 23) Like a maelstrom given will, a water manifestation can flood the battlefield for maximum control of combat

All of the fey listed in this supplement and more can be found in my new supplement, Fey Compendium 1

Yes. I’ve been meaning to elaborate on that in the description. If you have Fey Compendium I, you have everything that’s in this supplement. Frankly, I’ve been considering deleting this product, since it’s now superfluous and may mislead customers. What are your thoughts?

Would it be possible to request to have a version of this with the cover? The art for Fey Folk is really great and it'd look great in my PDF library.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
