Party Tracker

ADD TO WISHLIST >
Suggested Price $1.00

Here is a party tracking page that has room for up to 8 party members in your campaign. It is form fillable, and has the following fields for each player:

  • Name
  • Class & Level
  • AC
  • Speed
  • HP
  • Passive Perception
  • Proficiency
  • Spell Save DC
  • STR
  • DEX
  • CON
  • INT
  • WIS
  • CHA
  • Skill Proficiencies (and expertises)
  • Status Effects
  • Notes

If you like to use a laptop, the status effect section let's you track statuses using the pdf itself. If you (like me) prefer more paper utilities, you can print it off and use a pencil, or even laminate it (or use a sleeve) and use wet erase markers.

I mostly use the notes section to make note of weird/special attacks, any senses, resistances, or other things like that.

I love the sheet, but is there a reason that the first two columns of the fourth row of proficiency are already selected?

I *love* this; it's a huge time saver for me when I'm planning encounters. I am having an odd problem, though, with the skills/proficiency section having "double bubbles" and oddly the 4th character on the sheet has all of the skills/proficiencies from Acrobatics - Perception (except for Medicine) pre-filled in. The rest of the sheet is awesome and I can work around that issue pretty easily, but am wondering if there's a newer (or older) copy that I could get that doesn't have that issue.

With the skills filled in already, it is showing you that you can click on them to fill or unfill them. All you have to do is click on the bubbles to fill them or remove it. And the second bubble is made for those classes that have Expertise class features. That way they know to double the proficiency bonus without having to write down and remember which skills they chose.

Ah, that makes sense with the 2nd bubble in that section now--I wasn't thinking of the Expertise (none of my very low level party has Expertise on anything yet)! I also was using an older browser when I printed it out, so wasn't letting me uncheck those. But with that heads up, I tried using a better/more recent and it lets me. Thanks!! Perfect!

Thank you for your comment. I was confused on what the second set of bubbles were for!

I ended up putting them in because I have a... *shudder*... BARD in my party. He makes things difficult. ;)

This is great for seeing what the party can do at a glance, but I'd prefer tool proficiency instead of conditions (since I'm not using this as a combat tracker). The notes area works for languages or other. Thanks!

This is very cool. One thing that I wouldn't mind seeing is a HP max and Temp HP slot. I'd like to use this as a player as well so I can keep track of party healing.

Thanks!

Not too much a fan of the new update, is there a way to have the one before it?

Haven't updated in a while... What specifically are you looking for? The old Tab Order?

Im not sure. Last time I downloaded it there was a lot more character slots than before and it made it way too small to print. The ones before only had like 6 or 7 if I recall

I'm not sure which previous version you mean, then, as I've only ever made one for 8 players (I made this originally for my group, which is quite large, and decided to share).

I can certainly look into making a smaller version for you when I get more time, if you'd like. I had considered making a 4 character and a 6 character version.

Would you still be at all interested in making a version for 4 or 6 players? This is my preferred party tracker, but I usually play with pretty small groups.

As a DM, I enjoy this product's simplicity. However, I would like there to be a proficiency dot next to the ability scores for savings throws.

Me too. I have been putting an asterisk on the mods that they are proficient in. I will try to get around to this soon for you!

Great sheet, solved most of what I needed. When printed after filling in the data, I could not get the middle set of proficiencies to show as selected.

This was fixed a while back. Forgot to comment on this. Let me know if you have more problems with it!

Very good job my friend! One consideration, this sheet lacks of one condition: "Prone". Can you add it?

I am working on fixing the tab order right now (adobe kind of messed it up on me). I will add the prone status to the list as well before pushing out the next version.

The new version is up. I am still having some trouble with the tab order not staying put, but it's significantly more "usable" than it was. I'll keep working on the tab order issue--it's possible my version of adobe has a bug in it.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
