Sorceress, Order of The Shadows

V 2.0:This class is now in version 2.0. First, the class now looks like a class straight from the PHB. Many abilities wordings and a few distances of abilities have been changed. A few new minor features as well. Ultimately the class has become more balanced verse other classes in the PHB. I hope you all enjoy the changes.

This class is a melee caster class that uses a variety of class features instead of spell slots to wreak havoc over the battlefield, or to heal herself or her allies. The class also features abilities for roleplay as well as using soothing scents to gain bonuses in conversation exchanged between npc's and players. This is a versatile class for players wanting to experience a new kind of spell caster without losing their appreciation for the ones Wizards has already made for us.

The Sorceress's abilities (spells) are triggered by expending counters you gain from a point system. This is an alternative system to spell slots that I have come up with to give this class its standing features from the other classes already created. It is nothing fancy or frustrating, every time you land a successful hit on an enemy you gain one counter. You need at least 10 counters to activate any ability within this class. Most abilities will be accessible with just 10 counters, so do not feel discouraged when playing this class or reading the material.
