Hey Ryan, not sure if you're still checking the comments 6 years after publishing this subclass, but if I were able to inquire, how do you think the Poisoner feat introduced in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything would interact with the poison part of Basic Infusions at 3rd level, and Plague Doctor at 13? (http://dnd5e.wikidot.com/feat:poisoner)

Definitely want to get the author's take on this. Thanks for your time!

Just curious as the wording is a little confusing especially when reading the kit info, on able healer with healer feat what's the tending supposed to look like on that is it supposed to be your hit die +1d6 + 4 + target max hit die + herbalism bonus, so example 1d8+1d6+4+5+9 or is it meant to just be your hit die + target max hit die + herbalism bonus, so example 1d8+5+9?

If you have Able Healer and use the Healer feat (and a charge from a healer's kit) you add your herbalism bonus to the Healer feat's healing (because you're using a healer's kit). So, (1d6 +4 + target max hit die) + (herbalism bonus). When using the Healer feat to restore hit points your hit die isn't involved.

Able Healer allows you to spend a separate action and a hit die to heal, granting (roll of your hit die + target's max hit die hp). This can be done any number of times per target regardless of them resting, unlike the Healer feat ability, limited by your ability to spend hit die.

When stabilizing a creature you can spend a charge from a healing kit to grant +1hp (per Healer feat) plus your herbalism bonus (Able Healer bonus because you restored hp using a healing kit). Whether or not you use the healing kit/Healer bonus, Able Healer allows you to spend one of your own hit die, adding hp equal to the roll.

It does thanks, the only reason I was slightly confused is because the Chirurgeon kit specifies it counts as a healer's kit for all purposes, so figured it could just be used as if it was a healer's kit.

These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
