ART FOR YOUR ADVENTURES SET 1

By Patrick E. Pullen

MAKE YOUR ADVENTURE LOOK GOOD AND INCREASE SALES BY ADDING THE FLARE OF PROFESSIONAL ARTWORK!

Art Helps Sale literature.

Here are over 50 pieces of art that I have posted which can be used to enhance the look of your products, such as your Drive Thru RPG, DMs Guild and RPG Now projects. The art has been compressed into 1 zip file for easy download.

There are color "Covers”, professional ink/pencil sketches, acrylic paintings and digital artwork ready to add to your adventures and projects to make them look more professional! Some of the art is highly detailed and some is purposely 'dumbed' down to give an 'old school' look which gives more variety.

When using my art I ask to be credited in the artist section as Patrick E. Pullen

You can use the art to enhance the look of your adventure module, print and use them as cool handouts for your players, use them for your blog/vlog or maybe even get adventure ideas from one of them and then use it as your cover.

There are over 50 pieces of art. Everything from Weapons and items to NPC/PC portraits and even monsters and action scenes. If you have purchased this product, please Rate/Comment or start a Discussion to let me know how I can make my future products better and THANK YOU for your purchase!

By paying the purchase price, you buy the right to use any of the pieces of art in this package for your projects and products as long as the product does not use the art itself for profit.

You may not place any of this art in other stock art.

All artwork rights are retained by the artist (Patrick E. Pullen) and may be used to enhance your products for sale. This product, however can not be sold in any other art projects or art compilations without written consent from the artist.

I am looking for a collection of art I can print into around 3x5"ish sized, or even half page to hold up during my DND sessions. I'm too lazy to pull all of this off the internet myself. Would this fit that bill?

I just purchased this set to add some images to my product for here (DMsguild). I am using The Homebrewery, do you know how I can put your image on it? Not sure if you have used it before but I believe I have to get put on by having the image with a url. Thanks, great images.

This is the wording they use:

Images must be hosted online somewhere, like imgur. You use the address to that image to reference it in your brew. Images can be included 'inline' with the text using Markdown-style images. However for background images more control is needed.

Background images should be included as HTML-style img tags. Using inline CSS you can precisely position your image where you'd like it to be. I have added both a inflow image snippet and a background image snippet to give you exmaples of how to do it.

I just want to make sure I don't put one of your images where you don't want it. If you don't know, I will just not use your images for that product. Thanks.

As long as it is not somewhere online that gives other people access to it for free, I am fine with it.

A question Patrick: Is your work only able to be used with DM's Guild adventures? Can I use it in something I'm working on for Roll20?

Patrick,

Is there a way I can contact you directly? I had a question about some artwork that I wanted done. I figured if we try to discuss it here, it could get cumbersome.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
