The Lord of the Dead Wurm (A level 10-12 adventure featuring the Death Tyrant Beholder)

An undead purple wurm has burst forth in the center of the city cemetery scattering tombs and coffins. An army of undead has marched forth and is attacking the people of the city. A messenger from the city watch has come to the party's home and begs their aid in defeating the menace. They are told that the heart of the evil force comes from the top of the wurm, now standing like a tower amidst the destruction.

The force behind the attack is a Death Tyrant Beholder which has been raiding the underdark for years and now has brought its evil army to conquer the surface.

This is the tenth in the A to Z One-Page series, featuring the Death Tyrant Beholder. The series goes through each monster in the monster manual, and presents a brief adventure that highlights that creature as an antagonist.
