Based on the feather fall spell, the Zephyrian is a Challenge 1/2 playful air elemental. Locals might hire a party to clear out a zephyrian making a nuisance in town, or they might hang around cloud giants or djinn castles. Once adventurers reach a high enough level, typical combat isn't that challenging. Puzzles and traps only get so far. They're probably rolling in money so they probably don't care for more of it as a reward.
