Based on the hellish rebuke spell, the Censure Devil is a Challenge 2 devil that bullies, cajoles, and intimidates mortals into infernal contracts. A censure devil can serve as an excellent low-level boss in an infernal campaign. Their Sunder Resistance action also makes them excellent minions for higher-level monsters that rely on dealing fire damage.
