The Dungeons & Dragons NPC Log prints two (2) to a page and can be produced to fit into a three-ringed binder or cut into smaller cards depending on the style of the respective DM.  It provides a format for the DM to record NPC appearance, traits, encounter notes, interaction style, and (most important) VOICE STYLE!  How many times as a DM have you stopped your game to ask yourself, "Wait... what does this guy sound like again?'  I mean, they can't all be Scottish Dwarves, amIright?!?

(Ahem)

This bundle also includes a 4x6 index card template that prints three (3) cards to a standard 8.5x11 inch sheet of cardstock (be sure you set your printer to print this image at 100% to ensure the dimensions of the cards).

ALSO-

This bundle now includes a digitaly fillable version of the NPC log for you app savy types

UPDATE NOTES:  Added fields to include Race, Skintone and Hit Dice information.

The Dungeons & Dragons Initiative Tags.  These tags are designed to be cut out and folded so that they might hang over the top of the DM's screen, one side facing the players, the other side facing the DM.

The Player's Side contains a banner for the character's name, a blank field for customization such as a drawing, glyph or dab of colored ink, and a bubble to record a character's initiative score for a given round.

The DM's side includes another banner for the character's name, at-a-glance nominal stat information such as AC, Passive Perception and the character's maximum Hit Points, and fields for Traits, Bonds, and Flaws to help remind the DM when to award Inspiration to the player for making an interesting (if not necessarily wise) character choice.

Also included in this bundle; The Player Character Log to keep track of ongoing story developments that intrest and encourage role play from your players.

All of these products are designed for D&D5e.

I hope you enjoy them.

PURCHASER
Hi,

I see that it says that three of the cards fit on a letter sized piece of paper. I just wanted to check to make sure that they will also print on individual 4x6 index cards. If they do I'll be buying them.

Thanks,
Reive

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
