The Village - 3D Paper Models for Battle Maps - 150DPI

Here's something that I wanted to do for a long time. I will see how people like it and eventually create more of these. They are perfect to spice up your DND battlemaps.
Assembled models

All you need to create these, is a printer, paper (not too thin), a sharp knife (e.g. a razor knife), some glue, tape, and a calm hand :)

 Assembled models, top view

The files are in 150dpi. If you want the 300dpi full resolution you can get my other pack, here: The Village - High-res
If something is terribly unclear, let me know. I'm trying to figure out where people have problems with the assembly.

Excellent; thanks for sorting that so swiftly!

Couple of thoughts on first viewing. Nice-looking models, but perhaps better set-up as a PDF rather than a series of PNGs, and maybe also with some hints and instructions, or at least the shots of the finished models as shown on this page included among the set of images. I've been a paper modeller for decades, so setting-up the PNGs, resizing to fit to a specific scale/paper size, and printing for a suitable quality end product isn't an especial problem for me, but not everyone visiting DM's Guild will be familiar with such techniques.

The style and nature of these building models is such that it could/should encourage everyone, from newcomers to papercrafting through to experts, to give them a try. Newcomers may find this all a bit too daunting at present, however. I'd hate to think you might be discouraged from producing more items similarly by a few negative comments that might be easily avoided!

Well, thank you for the great review. I converted the files to pdf for easier printing :)
I will see if people are interested in this kind of thing and maybe add some video tutorials/pictures/instructions.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
