1) This is a 11/10 subclass for the Sorcerer. If you find any problems, write us, or balance on the fly!

2) The suggested price is a meme. Leave as many neon-dollars as you like! We will buy food and dedicate our craniums to conceive more wacky stuff!

Your innate power comes from an otherworldly source, a plane of existence unknown by many scholars. One where the vehicles are fast, the hair is untamed, and the world is bathed in a disembodied neon glow. Not all people can draw power from this gnarly world. Some are overwhelmed by nostalgia and reduced to glowing embers in the blink of an eye. The lucky ones may lose their arcane talents and eyesight when they pierce the gridded veil. Laser sorcerers have been chosen as a conduit of this world and focus the untamed neonenergy with their eyes, harnessing their powers on whatever totally bitchin’ adventures they find themselves.

"...much like a story by Rob Liefeld it felt like the emphasis was on being 'extreme to the max' and not on story potential..."

"This is just plain awesome! Nice work!"

The year was 1983, I found a strange game in a dumpster on my way out of my church. The name was Dungeons and Dragons. After an extensive search for someone who knew how to play it, I found someone at the library who said he had a group and could invite me next week.

One week passes, my mom and dad are having dinner with the pastor. I tell them that I'm leaving for a few hours to meet up with my friends, turns out, word had gotten around of me searching for a Dungeons and Dragons group, and my pastor was there to help me find a way out. He warned me of the dangers of Dungeons and Dragons, said it was a gateway to the occult. I pretended to listen. My parents caught on that I wasn't paying attention and sent me straight to my room without supper.

Frustrated and upset about what had happened I decided to sneak out my window and go anyways, upon arriving I was given a cloak to wear and sat down at the table.

"A new initiate is here," said the man from the library.

"Let us show him the real power," said another.

A little creeped out, but I was not about to go back home without having at least tried it. I played along.

"Sakubah-kieral-aturiah" they chanted. And instructed me to do the same.

My eyes grew heavy, and I fell asleep.

I later awoke in an unfamiliar setting. A strange village. At night. Looking to be a part of some sort of renaissance fair, I rubbed my eyes, and red lasers sprung out. Startled. I went to a nearby restaurant, appearing to be some sort of tavern. I walk in, and a group of people, a strange humanoid dragon, clad in armor, a devil person wearing a cloak and reading a book, a woman, also wearing armor, and what appears to be some sort of midget, or little person wearing a very extravagant gown, lute slung on her back

"You aren't from around here are you?" The little person said more than asked.

"That is simply the most absurd style of clothing I have ever laid my eyes upon" the devil stated, looking at me confused.

I froze. Terrified. The woman took note of this and approached me.

"Come stay with us", the woman said. "You look tired. Whatever it is that's troubling you, we can deal with in the morning".

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
