Not a bad first pass, but there's some confusing wording. Many of the features reference "a use of your Sigil Stride", but there doesn't seem to be a limit on uses. The wording on Sigil Stride is open to interpretation as follows:

0 is a number. So you could spend 0 Sorcery points and teleport 5xCha mod feet as a bonus action every turn. I think you want it to cost at least 1 Sorcery Point each time, so just reword for that. I also think the offensive ability is a little vague. If you sigil stride a target up, they fall and presumably take damage and maybe end up prone, you may want to cite that as an example use.

I generally like the notion of a bamfing spell caster, but does the word Sigil reference the city or magical script? I might even go so far as to allow various Tporting spells to be recreated with Sorc points spent on a leveled slot, so you don't need to take Dimension Door as a spell known as long as you're ready to pour a bunch of Sorcery Points into a slot...See more

This is some quality criticism. First off: thanks for pointing out ambiguous wording. i thought it was clear the way i made it, but it seems that's not the case.
second: yes, the name refers to the city of Sigil. the flavor of the archetype is based on the concept of wild magic coming from certain planes; like wild magic from Limbo and storm sorcery from the elemental air plane.

The idea of getting teleportation spells being used the way you explained sounded over powered as far as i saw it. I've been dancing on the edge a bit in the hope of not supercharging the archetype, and not giving up known spells to know misty step and dimension door increases the versatility of the sorcerer, which is something to watch out for, since the class has some good versatility already with the sorcery points.

concerning wording: in the raw draft, sigil stride had no cost, but could only be used 5 times before starting to roll on the strain table.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
