Do you like early modern weapons in D&D? Do you like Eberron? Then this homebrew is for you! I collected everything relating to guns in D&D that I had on my notes, I took some Eberron stuff from my list of homebrew magic items, and made them look all nice and well put together.
Is this broken? I really don't know. It worked fine enough on my table.
