The Ghosts of Saltmarsh hardcover is missing the Pirate ship, Salted Glade entry under AZURE SEA RANDOM ENCOUNTERS.
I came up with this for our campaign to fill that gap. I thought it may be useful for others, until such a time as they update the book.
